We are looking for a Full –time Brow Bar Manager (aka as brow and beauty addicts with a passion for customer service)!

WE WANT: An uber cool Brow Bar Manager who is: passionate about their work, has great people skills, is results-driven, has fabulous operational skills, and is super obsessed with brows, beauty, and customer service!

SUMMARY OF KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

You will be responsible for:

• effectively managing store operations
• ensuring 100% customer satisfaction
• promoting a team orientated work environment
•ensuring high quality services
•providing coaching and training
• Managing with integrity, honesty and knowledge that promote the culture, values and mission of Bombay

REQUIRED:

· Progressively responsible retail experience (3 years)
· Supervision (1 year)
· Must have minimum of 2-5 years of customer service
· Must be able to work weekends
· Experience in retail and/or service industry is preferred
· Education: must have a High School Diploma; College diploma/degree in administrative or business field is an
